Throughout this website, you will see references to “we.”  Behind Ascend is an extensive network of extraordinary human beings who bring rare talent to collaborations on complex client engagements.  In that sense, Ascend is actually a coalition. If you reach out to us, we will listen carefully to your needs, and we will likely recommend that you bring one or two of our key collaborators into the engagement. We recommend you consider any particular collaborator based on the unique needs of your situation. Our coalition includes organizational strategists, psychologists, technical experts, rising generation specialists, philanthropic advisors, individual coaches, business consultants, educators and others who bring unique skills and deep sensitivities to the needs of families, family offices and financial services firms. In this sense, Ascend is itself like the aspen grove we describe on our homepage. We are a community that supports our clients’ needs.
